Aromatic - Cane & Abel


1.5 oz Navy Strength Rum

0.5oz Laphroaig 10yr Islay Scotch

0.5oz Rosemary syrup

2 dash Honest John Aromatic Bitters

2 dash Honest John Orange Bitters


Combine all ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass. Place a single large ice cube into the glass, and stir until well chilled. Garnish with an orange twist and rosemary sprig.

NOLA - Viceroy


1 oz Espolon Reposado Tequila

1 oz Lustau Fino Sherry

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz raspberry syrup

2 Dashes Honest John NOLA Bitters


Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into chilled Collins glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, fresh raspberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Sarsaparilla - Amen Break


1 oz Appleton Signature Rum

½ oz Plantation OFTD Rum

½ oz Gran Classico

1 ½ oz pineapple juice

¾ oz lime juice

½ oz rosehip syrup

2 dashes of Sarsaparilla 


Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into chilled Tulip glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple fronds.

Orange - Casual Friday


1 oz Don Q Cristal Rum

1 oz Plantation OFTD Rum

½ oz Dry Curacao

¾ oz Pistachio Orgeat

½ oz Yuzu Juice

½ oz Lime Juice

3 Dashes Honest John Orange bitters


Combine all ingredients in shaking tin. Shake briefly with ice and strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated lime wheel, and grate nutmeg over the top of the cocktail

Grapefruit - House of Chloe


1 ½ oz George Dickel Rye

½ oz Waterpocket Oread

½ oz yuzu juice

½ oz white peach puree

½ oz jasmine honey syrup

2 Dashes Honest John Grapefruit Bitters


Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake with draft ice until well chilled. Strain into chilled Old Fashioned glass over draft ice. Garnish with a sprig of Baby's Breath.

Black Walnut - Paulie Walnut


1 ½ oz Old Forester Signature Bourbon

½ oz Oloroso Sherry

½ oz Giffard Banane du Brezil

2 Dash Black Walnut Bitters

5-6 drops Roasted Walnut Oil


Combine all ingredients except walnut oil in a stirring glass. Stir with ice and strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish by dropping roasted walnut oil into top of cocktail.

Coffee + Cherry - Dear Darla


1 ½ oz Dickel rye

½ oz Bual Madeira

½ oz Amaro Montenegro

3 dashes Honest John Coffee + Cherry Bitters


Stir all ingredients in a stirring glass with ice. Strain with a julep strainer into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

1.5oz Bozal Ensemble Mezcal

0.75oz Lillet Blanc

0.25oz Dry Curacao

3 Dashes Honest John Lemongrass Cardamom Bitters


Combine all other ingredients in mixing glass. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
