3 Oz Amontillado Sherry

0.25 Oz Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Honest John Orange Clove Bitters

1 Orange slice

In a shaker tin, add a slice of orange and simple syrup and muddle. add sherry, orange clove bitters, and ice. shake to combine. double strain With a fine mesh strain into an ice filled rocks glass. garnish with dehydrated orange wheel and cloves or star anise.
