Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. This only applies to products purchased directly from this website. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from and follow their return policy. Returned product must be unused, and in original packaging.

Your email must include the following:

  • Order Number

  • Purchase Date

  • Items you will be Returning

The customer service team will then assign you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The package must be clearly marked with your RMA number.

Please keep in mind, you are responsible for shipping cost to have your item(s) returned.

You have two options for returning your order.

  1. You may select a shipping method of your choice and return to the address as follows:

    >> Please be sure the box is clearly marked with your assigned RMA number.

  2. Or our customer service team can email you a UPS return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you select this option, please include the weight and dimensions of the box in your original email.

After your item(s) are returned to our shipping facility, we will process your refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
