Pimento Cheese Dip

Makes 2 cups

8 Oz Cream Cheese

¼ Cup Mayonnaise

1 Tsp Honest John Thyme Bitters

1 ½ Cups Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1 – 4 Oz jar Pimentos, Drained

1 Tbs Fresh Thyme Leaves, Rough Chopped

1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce

2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

½ Tsp Onion Powder

½ Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Salt 

¼ Tsp Black Pepper

Method: Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix until the cheeses are broken down and the flavors are well combined. Serve with your favorite bread, crostini, or crackers. May be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
