1.5 Oz Beehive Barrel Aged Gin
1 Oz Cream
0.75 Oz Lemon Juice
0.5 Oz Maple Syrup
0.25 Oz Allspice Dram
1 Egg White
2 Dashes Honest John Black Walnut Bitters
Soda Water Top
Ground Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients except for nutmeg and soda water. Dry shake. Add ice, and wet shake. Strain into a collins. Let sit for 5 minutes. Top with club soda. Grate nutmeg over the top.
