Steak Marinade
Yields enough for 2 steaks
2 12 oz. Steaks
1 Tbs Honest John Rosemary Bitters
½ Cup Olive Oil
2 Oz Worcestershire Sauce
2 Oz Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, Peeled and Crushed
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary, Snapped to Release Flavor
Whisk together bitters, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper. Add the garlic and rosemary. Add the steaks to a large bowl or 9”x 9” baking dish and pour the marinade over the steaks; turn to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight. Discard marinade, then grill, broil, or pan sear the steaks to your desired temperature.
