BBQ Sauce

Makes 2 Cups

1 ½ Cups Apple Cider Vinegar

½ Cup Tomato Paste

¾ Cup Brown Sugar, Packed

1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce

2 Tsp Honest John Sage Bitters

1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

½ Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a stainless or non-reactive sauce pot. Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, until the sauce is well-combined and has thickened a bit. Use immediately, or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
