Rick the Lionheart

dry | refreshing | tart

1.5 oz London dry gin

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

0.25 oz yuzu juice

1 barspoon sugar

2 dashes Honest John Celery Shishito bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime twist and spring of rosemary.
